What can I expect at the event?
BIGc is the largest indoor multi-activity leisure centre in Brussels, offering 8 different activities for all ages and preferences.
Create your own schedule of games with friends, family, or colleagues and make great memories.
Where is the experience located?
Right in the heart of Westland Shopping Center (Anderlecht), on the ground floor, in front of the GARDEN parking (opposite O’Tacos).
How long does the experience last?
It depends on the activities you choose: from a minimum of 12 minutes up to 2 hours per activity.
Will food and drinks be available on-site?
Yes, there are two bars (ground floor and upstairs) as well as a kitchen offering a selection of dishes (pizza, fries, snacks, etc.).
You can check the menu on-site—feel free to ask upon arrival what is available.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is an Interparking with 2,240 spaces at Westland Shopping.
We recommend using the GARDEN parking.
Opening hours
BIGc is open every day of the year, including Sundays.
Monday–Tuesday: 1pm–9pm
Wednesday–Thursday: 11am–9pm
Friday: 11am–midnight
Saturday: 10am–midnight
Sunday: 10am–9pm
Is there an entrance fee?
Entry to BIGc is free. Activities and food are paid separately.
About tickets
Can I buy tickets on-site?
Yes, tickets are available on-site. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred free of charge via the Fever app by clicking "Transfer ticket".
Contact us if you need help, and don’t forget to include your ticket ID.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your digital ticket will be scanned directly from the Fever app.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
Check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app. Make sure you're logged in with the same account used for purchase.
If you still can’t find it, contact us.
Can I change the date? Are refunds allowed?
You can change the date/time up to 24 hours before the event.
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, please contact us with your preferred dates and group size.
Accessibility & practical info
Should I arrive on time?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals are not accepted.
Are animals allowed? What about guide dogs?
Animals are not allowed, but guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Most activities are accessible, except Bowling, Kids Playground, and some Prison Island rooms.
Are there places to sit?
Yes, seating is available in the food area, except during busy periods like weekends and holidays.
Are there toilets on-site?
Yes, toilets are available on the ground floor (between the arcade area and the reception) and upstairs (behind the bar).
Can I take photos or videos?
Of course! Feel free to tag @bigc_brussels on social media.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, you can leave your belongings safely at the reception desk.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Each activity may have its own age guidelines—check the activity details for more information.
